Im using a usb mic (snowball) have a creativ sound blaster audigy i have atleast a second delay and cant figure out how to get rid of it on windows 7 ultimate

This was the exact issue I had with Win7 and 10. also using Audigy 2 card. My mic plugs into external mixer and then to front audigy panel. No matter what I set Asio latency to, I had a delay.
I solved it by going back to Win XP Pro. Which now hinders me for VDJ updates sadly. But my mic is in real time again.
I never ventured much more into fixing the delay.
It seems Win7 and 10 have changed the sound system in the software since XP at least. I think there is an option to have "real time" on your mic to monitor it in 7 & 10 via sound control panel.
However, this does not mean what is streamed is in real time, the delay will still be there. So singing along with tracks and also voice over vs song vocal time will be off when introducing songs etc :(
