Topic: BPM Reset Question

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I need help with this. I have set all of my BPM's but when I shut down VirtualDJ and restart it the BPM's have been reset. This really only happens to with hip-hop and r&b. Example the system will scan a song and tag it as 64 bpm and I'll change it to 128 bpm, but when I shut VDJ down and open it back up the song has been reset to 64 bpm. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

How are you changing the BPM?

If you are in the bpm editor, and highlight 64 and change it to 128, it will not stay. However, if you select x2, it will stay. You can also manually beat tap 4 times to change a bpm.

In tag editor is fine with me but remember to click OK in Tag editor when done.
