Topic: Microphone adapter for broadcasting

Hey guys, I wanted to use my mic (Shure SM58) for online broadcasting, specifically for VDJ Radio. I'm not sure if all I need is just any XLR 2 USB cable or something more. Also what do I change my sound setting to as far as the mic is concerned. I'm using a DDJSZ running VDJ8.1. Thanks in advance

Does this help you? I know it's for a SX, but I figured they have similar sound settings. The link is for page 18, in case I messed up.

Actually they don't have similar sound settings. The SX uses a master/headphones setup and the SZ uses 'external mixer'.

There's a wiki page for the SZ here that shows the sound settings.

Also an operation guide PDF for the SZ and VDJ 8 here (see page 15).
