When using the ddj SX2, the sampler works fine.
Now that I have the DDJ SZ, I get no sound out of the sampler.
Same setup for both, iMac with VDJ 8 and native mapping.

See if the Sampler Volume knob (5) is set very low.

A screenshot of your Audio Setup ? Do you have a "Sampler" line in there ?
If not, what is selected as Sampler Audio Output in Sampler Options (small dot button in the Sampler View) ?
