on my dell with windows 7 VDJ 8 is rock solid, but when i'm trying to work with my mbp I see the difference in stability, Here are some examples from the last month...
on the picture you can see that only the browser part Appears on the screen when i open VDJ 8 and i work only with the Default skin.
mbp "13 i7 8gb osx 10.9.5
BUILD 2378 and beta BUILD 2436 its still the same

Try removing settings.xml and then opening VDJ.

Your best bet then would be to contact support so they can have a look into your issue.
