I installed Virtual DJ 7 pro on a Mac running 10.10.3 OS X Yosemite. But my computer does not recognize DJ Console Hercules RMX. What should I do?

First thing to do is to verify that your controller is correctly installed on your computer, as indicated in the following documents:

If everything seems correct there, then it should work properly with VDJ.

I have MAC pro 10.10.3 retina 15 inch mid 2015 and, I ben having problems to install my Hercules Dj console Rmx .

Did you check the FAQ documents mentioned in my previous post ?
Are you using the latest drivers from the Support Site ?

Hi, I am having the same problem. (OS Yosemite 10.10.4)
I followed the instructions from hercules website. (download the new set of drivers, connect the device and restart). When I connect the controller, the lights start blinking and stay there indefinitely. I open the VDJ7 and the software did not interact.
I thought that updating the firmware is the problem and I found some instructions from hercules. Unfortunately, it does not work. I open the Manual update and when I press the MIC On/Off key before connecting the USB cable, the controller continues blinking.

I check the other references mentioned above and the controller is not listed in any references. I just got a new mac, probably I am missing something but I do not think so.
