Hi, I co-run a video-disco in the UK and am trying to sort out how to organise the thousands of videos in our library. I am posting up a breakdown of the library as it is today in the hope that discussions (and library postings) can build up and we can all learn how to organise our libraries!
I must stress that my library has built up over several years and inevitably there's sorting out to do!
This shows the basic structure...
And the rest of these pictures details a further breakdown within each section...(this is where it gets "messy!")

I'm afraid that I don't know that great tool - how does it organise your library? Does anyone else have any library organising tips they would like to share?
