Hi Guys
Please help. i have a mac 13"...i bought a JB Systems controller about a year ago, it cam with the vdj disc (Virtual DJ LE) had it installed, had a few sound problems until i installed the update & it has been a dream ever since then. a few days ago, when i opened vdj, it said that a update was available, so i went to the site, entered my serial number & it said it was to old or something like that. now after that, my VDJ Software & JB Controller does not talk. when you open VDJ & go to configuration, in the output, there should be 3 choices however, there i sonly 1 selection no with something about left or right channel. please help as i have many gigs coming up so i have to resolve this urgently.

What is the version of VirtualDJ that you see in Config->Info (last tab) ?
If its 7.4.2, can you try to install an earlier (e.g. 7.4.1) from your Account (MyLicenses)
