Topic: Waveform display in VDJ8

Hi,

I notice that when a loop is enabled in VDJ8, that the waveform window displays a shadow on the colour of the deck for the duration of the loop.

Is there any way of disabling this shadow?

No, it's there to give you a visual indication of how long the loop is.

Why do you want to disable it?

Hi Kradcliffe,

Thanks for getting back to me.

The way I like to DJ is have the track that is coming up looped, so I'm always mixing the beginning of the new track when it is playing in a loop.

With the shadow showing on the waveform, it makes the actual waveforms of both decks less clear and more difficult to line up.

That's the only reason that I'd like to disable the shadow.

If you download the VDJ8 by Fruit skin there are loads of options for the waveform displays. I use the traditional red/blue and the loop shadow doesn't bother me.
