I have been using VDJ with my iMac (12 GB RAM, 2 TB Internal Disk added by me) for 3 years and had absolutely no trouble with it. I have nothing on the iTunes library because at the volume of songs I own, it took VDJ a lot of time to load it.
Recently, searching has become a nightmare because writing on the search bar makes the music idle for a second (while typing), which is both disturbing for me and the audience. Any ideas on how could I improve the performance of search to avoid this? No other interruptions happen under any other circumstances. Loading songs works like a charm, even songs being downloaded from ContentUnlimited at the moment.
PS: Activating or deactivating ContentUnlimited doesn't make any difference, and I do need it so deactivating permanently is not an option.

I have same problem. But does not affect anything as of now but would like to fix it
