Hi,
I am using VDJ Version 7 on my MacBook.
Had no problems whatsoever for months, then on last two gigs I've found that when I'm playing a track on one deck, when I load a track from search or playlist the sound disappears from the active side , the track continues playing but no sound.
I've gone into configuration and changed the outputs for the headphones, does seem to default back to left, even if I press apply for the right main out.
I use a Griffin y splitter with dedicated outputs for headphones /main.
I now have to permanently use auto mix option.
Can anyone advise please?

Try this...
Right-click on the speaker icon on your bottom taskbar (right side), and choose Playback devices.
Click on the built-in sound card of yoru computer and then choose Properties. Disable the Sound FX in the Enhancements tab

oops , sorry you said you re on a Mac...
Can you post here a screenshot of the Audio Midi Setup (Applications-->Utiltiies) and your VirtualDJ 7 audio setup ?
