never really used VDJ on my mac at home other than playing playlists and have a quick question regarding folders and songs. I have my music collection organised into genre folders on my hdd, 70's 80's 90's etc which contain cd's from those eras, so for example the 70's root folder contains numerous sub folders for each cd. On my windows laptop when I'm working i can select a root genre folder and right click > recurse to see the entire song collection for that folder. Obviously as recurse is not an option on OSX, is there a way to do the same?

You can create filter folders to be able to do this - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Mac%20No%20Recurse.html
For this to work, please ensure that all your music in the folders is added to VirtualDJ's database.

Thank you for the reply, sorted. Ive also just installed VDJ 8 on my home mac, which has all the options i was used to in VDJ 7. Thanks again
