I've just been gifted the Numark DJ2Go for pc and when I try to run the program it shuts itself down after a minute or so and says there's a Protection 8 error. Is it something to do with the fact that the system won't accept my serial number - I've tried it with numbers, letters, capitalised and not, and ended up just cancelling the serial number option.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Gifted? Was in new, in package? Of not, did the previous owner register the #? It's not transferable.

HEY I FIGURED IT OUT!!! There are 2 serial numbers.... One for the product and one for the software. Product software starts with (21)N. The software sn is like xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx. Its located on the disc case... Now it works fine yayyyy!!!
