BPM is approaching fast. Who's been chosen, and when are they playing?

We have contacted those who are going to BPM, and had applied at the contact form ;)

We'll publish the list as soon as all are confirmed ;)

See you there :)

Cool...Super cool... Although Soundchaser has no "DJ" in front of it :-( but it's a common mistake and I can live with it ;-)

Is there a schedule? Or do we just turn up on the day? (My day being Monday)

Also, what will the set up be?

Cheers,

Roy

Just a quick one to say thanks to all the VDJ team for letting me play today. I had a fantastic time and it was great to meet everyone. I'll take a photo of me in my Virtual DJ T-Shirt I was given :-)

I played on their system using Virtual DJ 8 and their vci400, man the sound on VDJ 8 is fantastic. I've always used Virtual DJ for all my paid gigs, but I've tried Serato DJ recently just out of interest, and VDJ 8 definitely sounds as good as Serato from what I've heard today!

And they've got an immense FBT sound system on the stand with dual 18 inch subwoofers so I gave it a really good thrashing with some banging tunes.

This sounded especially good...

Thanks again!

Just to mirror what andy said..... was a good day, tight on time, but good fun for all...

was especially good to meet up with some, if not all the Team, Scott, Rune, Max, Heiko and the other two who's names elude me..

thanks for the time, and who knows, may we do it all again next year ? .. :-)

cheers

Was nice meeting you too ;)
And good set.. .

We'll make a more rigid schedule next time, have the djs booked at set hours..
Was a bit chaotic at times when a flexible schedule made many djs show up at same time ish..

But we'll learn from that. ;) And was plenty of good talent from the VDJ users on stage.. well done ;)

Looking forward to the repeat invite ;-)

And yes, scheduled times would be good and make sure people just turn up with a hard drive or pre-prepped usb stick. Then DJs could flow straight one after the other.

Seeing a guy pull out his laptop, controller and two hard drives was too much...

Far too much down time... Maybe even have two controllers and have a bit of a battle going on or allow for DJ swap outs...

Just make sure Scott books that FBT system again for next year. Or something better. The bar has been set!

as roy said... that fbt system was "Pucker".. :-)

many of those that turned up to play on the sunday, wasted the opportunity to get their hands on V8, instead using their own lappie's and some with their own controllers... those without their own controllers were using what was provided... but then without the drivers installed for chosen controllers..... i think close to 1.5 hours was lost on switching out systems ...

Great idea for structured sets... and it would be great for those playing use drives / sticks containing choons.. :-) maximise your time

i enjoyed my time up there, albeit very limited, but could have had a lot longer if it hadn't of been for the "Switchouts"

hopefully catch up with ya'll again next year.. :-)

cheers

Here you go guys,

Some videos from the Bpm 2013 show

VirtualDJ users get their hands on VirtualDJ 8 and mix for the first time !

Some moments and a quick photo slide show.

And a video of me using the vci-400, with very bad sound,
-because it is a very bad idea to use a camera close to 2x 18" subs !-

From the VirtualDJ Team, thank you all and greetings to people i met there.
