Which version of Pro are you running?

Register your Pro serial on your profile and download the latest version from this site and try that.

If VirtualDJ doesn't close properly, then the database may still be locked by the frozen instance, so that when you restart it, the new instance can't read it.

If you are getting freezes when closing, then there is a problem somewhere that needs fixing.

Are you using the latest v7.0.5b version from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html ?

Do you have any external controllers connected? If so, disconnect the external controller at the point it freezes and you should find it comes back to life. If you are using Vista, please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MIDI%20controller%20stops%20working%20with%20Windows%20Vista.html

Check your database for corruption - Go to CONFIG -> Browser, choose each drive where you have music stored in turn in the drop-down list and click on CHECK and then FIX.

Check your computer for performance issues - Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Performance%20Issues.html

Those are live streamed NetSearch songs.

If you have tried to save these in a playlist without caching them to disk first, then you will get this problem.

Please see our FAQ pages:
