Hello :)
I just purchased the hercules rmx, but every time i'm opening VDJ a window pops up that says: Error in Sound driver ?
i'm using mac
Please help ?

Be sure to install the latest driver for the console (v1.77, link below ), as well as the latest update for Virtual DJ (5.2.2), available from the Download section of this site.

use another sound configuration, so here is the conf:
You simply have to choose the "4-out card" in the soundcards, and then selects the Hercules RMX in the field "driver 1", and then I select the output channels as "Master: chan 1&2 Headphones : chan 3&4"...

Please make sure u connect/attached the controller first to the mac before booting the system up.

Also as mentioned by DJ Phatso, do install the latest driver and update your software to the recent ones;)

i just recently bought HERCULES CONSOLE RMX. when using virtual dj i cant hear anything when i press play, i have speakers set up which work. i dont understand, it wont allow me to sample or play anything. when i press play, not only does it have no sound but the track itself does not play. im very new to this and really need help.
