So i been messing around with virtual dj and then decided i wanted to pursue this so i got the Hercules console rmx. I can do basic mixes but need help with transitioning. a good step by step would be helpful. some of the beat mixing posts i saw weren't helpful. i wanna know more along the lines of when i switch tracks what tempo, medium, and bass should be raised and lowered for a seamless mix. thanks.

keep practicing, youll find ur own style,i think its tuff to explain how to mix,but once u learn a trick or technique youll always have it and you progress from there

Best thing to do is to que up the same track on both decks.

Start one and practice to beatmix in the other.

Working the Eq is the least of your worries at this time.

It does get annoying, but practive makes perfect.
